The rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel is located in a convenient location, close to public transport and with a nice view of the river. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast on the first day was chaotic and there was not much food available. The breakfast in bed was basic and not up to the same standard as the buffet.

The reception staff were helpful, accommodating our bikes and even assisting with a flat car battery. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious suite, comfortable beds, and a clean and well-stocked bathroom. The location near the rivers and a tram station made it easy to explore Lyon and enjoy beautiful evening strolls. The breakfast was great, and the staff was attentive.
